4-H/Senior Citizens Center, 1025 South Spring Valley Road

Available:  After 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and any time Saturday and Sunday.  Overnight gatherings not allowed.
Accommodations:  Dining Room seats 60–65 for a meal and East Side seats 300 for a meal.  The East side can be divided into 3 sections for smaller groups.
Restrictions:  No alcohol is allowed.
Fees:  $20 per hour per section of the building with a two hour minimum. The kitchen is also available for an additional fee.
Equipment:  Regrigerator and microwave

12th Street Community Center

Fees:  $25 per hour for 1/2 of gymnasium ($50 deposit)
$50 per hour for whole gymnasium ($100 deposit)
$15 per hour for multi-purpose room ($25 deposit)
$15 per hour for kitchen ($25 deposit)
$100 per hour for entire facility
(Security deposit required at time of rental.  Cash, checks and/or debit/credit cards accepted)

C.L. Hoover Opera House

Accommodations: The auditorium and rehearsal hall are both available for meetings, performances, weddings, receptions, etc.

Milford Lake Conference Center

Accommodations: Indoor space can be used as one large room or reconfigured into three break-out rooms plus an executive board room.  Groups of up to 275 people can be accommodated indoors and up to 350 outdoors.

Rock Springs 4-H Center

Available:  Year-round camp, conference and retreat center is available for day or overnight groups, weddings, family reunions and other gatherings.  Meals, activities, recreation, and meeting spaces for all ages are offered. Rock Springs was established in 1946 and is operated by the Kansas 4-H Foundation, a non-profit organization. Visit rocksprings.net for additional information.
Accommodations:  Can accommodate groups up to 500.  Various table and chair arrangements can be requested based on the needs of your group.
